Fresh new player looking for a Legion and/or mentor

Hello there! I am super new in GamezAion. By new I mean I just created an account one day ago.

I am a new type of noob, I'm not even above lvl 15. Was looking for a follow on the main quest, but I found bugs in quests on both Asmodian and Elyos side, that can't let me advance further (or even chose my lvl10 class).
I am looking to main any healing classes (if that is a criteria to join any guilds/legions/however you call them organised groups).
I have read about the "mentor" thing, I am not sure what it is but anyone willing to shed some light in my direction is super welcomed!
