Solved Game terminated with error code: 0xC0000005

When I'm playing game my pc got crashed and restarted. After restart, couldn't open the game. I click start and SmartGuard screen come but after ı got this error:
[22:28:48] Starting game...
[22:28:57] Game terminated with error code: 0xC0000005
I had checked by force, changed game location but didn't work. Sorry for my bad English.

 

Have you been able to play in the past or is this a new issue? Do you have bitdefender antivirus? Try:

• Setting exceptions in your antivirus and firewall for BDO
• Turning off advance protection on Bitdefender
• Uninstalling Bitdefender

 

I just have windows defender and I stoped it ı got this problem before ı did everything but didn't work than it started automatically I really dont know what happended

 

now game closing when I'm choose channel

 

You said your PC crashed, right? Was a BSoD? Have you recently updated Windows? Could you try running a system file check?
Try:

• Clearing game cache
• Running system file check
  • Right-click Windows Start button
  • Open a command prompt as admin and type in
  • Code:

    sfc /scannow

  • Press enter and wait for it to finish.
  • Try opening the game again

 

No wasn't BsoD, I did check but didn't work and I don't know how to clear game cache

 

Go to Documents/GamezBD and delete the "UserCache" folder (make a backup first if you will, because it will reset all your configurations). You can also try a File Check by opening the Launcher, clicking on the "Settings" option and then "Force Check" (it will also clear the game cache).

 

I managed to enter the game after 3 or 4 days. I lost my Leebur when I tried to put it into my storage

 

Which solution let you enter into the game? Also, try relogging or switching characters as sometimes inventory/storage visual isn't updated when you put or pull things from storage because of latency.

 

actually I dont know which solution work game opened randomly I realy don't know what is the problem and I found my Leebur it appeared in inventory. Thank you for all your helps
