getting ridiculous already.

After 3 or 4 mounths i bought 2 dragon motion sets (15 days), i reported this problem and after all this time no one assisted me 1k credits, money going out of my pocket for this game and there is no assistance from AM's this is seriously getting ridiculous already.
Telling me to contact Puddles when Puddles himself doesnt even answer the pm's. Dont tell me she's still busy because i already saw her online a couple of times on forum.
Seriously this is stupid.

I hope you AM's do something about this now.

omgosh...i guess they already gived your answer in pm...only puddles has the power to do what you need...

 

I know that only puddles has the power to do so. But since i already saw her online a couple of times why she didnt answer the pm? At least say that she's busy but she will deal with the problem later. But no she doesnt even say a word about the problem. Thats why this is getting ridiculous. This is not a item you can acquire in game, or you pay money or you vote, since i paid money for this kinda items.
If it was vote credits, i wont give a fck about it. But its my money lol i think i deserve attention on this kinda problems.

 

we all understand such frustrations...but it's pointless to make such thread if there is only one person who can handle this and i guess it's busy by self already...

Who ever own this server shud consider to hiring 2nd Puddles i think
we all need attention, whats the point Being AM if he doesnt even care about the game anymore.
everyone has real life, but as AM he shud reserve a few mins to respond any complaints.
