    With 3 hours of fishing, did I think I was only able to hold one?​

    Unfortuantely your screenshot is missing where you are, also it very much looks like you are auto-fishing which means that you only get a fish about every 5 minutes or more. If you really want some Yellow and Blue fish I can only suggest getting a raft/boat/ship and going out to sea where you can get to fish in the special Fishing Spots (marked by bubbling water, fish jumping, and seagulls), that is the real deal where you can fish about 3-4 times in a row actively (because they appear and disappear randomly 10 minutes I think), but Every catch is a special fish with high value. Hope this helps you out :)
