Guardians(Asmo/Ely) Change time

    Reason: probably 80% of the population in this server are Filipinos and guardian(asmo/ely) and this event happens (6AM>Guardian ASmo) (6pm>Guardian Ely).
    the problem is guardian asmo is too early nobody is online that time everybody is asleep and ive tried waking up early but still wasnt able to play because the lack of players. maybe move it around 8am/pm or 10 am/pm (like before). ive never tried playing guardian asmo since update.
