    First of all you use the teleporter in Sanctum/Pandaemonium to teleport to Danaria.
    In Danaria there is a place not far from where you spawn that will teleport you to Idian Depths. I don't remember the exact location, but it's not hard to find :p just follow the other players, they're typically only in Danaria to teleport to Idian.
    In Idian Depths you can open your map and Infinity Shard will be in the direct buttom, prior to a large hall.
    Up on top is DR. Don't go there xD

    at what time the gates open in Sanctun and what time that stay open ?

    The time is random. There is no exact time when the portal appears or how long it stays.

    Vifrost Bridge, pandaemonium, the portal spawns next to the machutan convent teleport statue. If ur LFG channel works, they use that to shout for recruiting members into the alliance.
