    i can't disband the guild

    and the members is not active anymore and they have 100+days contract i can't ban them so i can disband what should i do ??

    You have to remove every member to disband a Guild. Is this fund enough to do so? If not, have you tried to sell guild seals and such?

    i can't remove them cuz don't have enough fund , what is the guild seals ? and how do i sell them ?

    we did't do any guild missions so we don't have anything to sell , i just wanna dispand this guild why this is so complicated :(

    Awww man sorry to hear this. The only thing that comes to mind is.

    1) Tell 3-4 active friends that you need help disbanding your guild do a couple of guild missions while they're online ( you need 3 people online to do guild missions) once the guild has some money disband it.

    2) You need a boat for this. Go hunt Hekaru's in Margoria try to loot the Hekaru Spikes and then sell them to the guild exchange guy. --> Here's the problem I'm not sure if this will work as intended tho because when you sell Afaru Grave Robber Chest Scroll pieces. The money doesn't go into the guild Fund instead it goes to your own pocket.

    Guild seals are received upon doing Guild Mission as pointed by @NinjaRivo.
    I'm not sure I can do anything to help you on this matter since it's a problem related to player and the guild administration.
    Can't you just pass the leadership?
