Install Problem help me for this problem

please help me about this. after i update my client i got this

 

People with 5.0.2.11 client version seems to be forced to continue playing the game on 32-bit.
You can download the bat file here. Put it into your Aion folder, and create a shortcut of the file. Drag it into your desktop, and click the shortcut in order to start the game!

no, i didn't use ping reducer..

 

In that case, try turning off your anti-virus or firewall which can block your connection to the server.

If you don't use any anti-virus and it cannot be the problem either, you can try download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64), however if you still get the same issue, you will have to follow the instruction again on GamezAION.bat.

 

i turned off my anti-virus and firewall and follow the instruction GamezAION.bat still the same problem..
