    hey admin or staff gamezaion could you help me coz ny account stack, when i try to select character and play suddenly it Disconnect .. i try this for the 3rd time but wont work pls can you fix this??

    i already login for the 3rd time ,it wont work..
    you ask me to wait the server restart ? how long ? coz i was try to log in for 1 weeks in a row..

    Are you unable to login with specific character?
    In case your character is hardstuck, SAM cannot help you anymore and you will have to wait until the next server restart. Unfortunately it isn't scheduled.
