    IF BL WEAPON THEN I FUSE IT TO SAME WEAPON ITS BETTER? OR BL THEN PROVE SPEAR

    you mean BL + BL? such a waste.. and never heard of it but so far its always been PVE + PVP or vice versa

    from what i heard its Prov + BL of Glory(can be acquired in forum/special in-game events just like what noyah did yesterday i think) other than that its Prov + highest PVP weap that you can get and can be fused with prov.(this is extendy type of player)

    if you dont use extendy or feel like you dont need it you can go for BL + Best pve weap you can get in game(not sure what is)

    prov has more accu%, good for fuse on bl weapon, wyl bl focuss on pvp%
