    Horse Skills​
    Bug Description:
    I have leveled quite a few T6 - T7 - And T8 horses over the past few days. I have the horse costume (full) +2 Trainer clothes and the Riding attire. I have leveled many horses in retail and never seen 7 or 8 in a row not gain any skills up to lvl 20+.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Level a horse.​

    + same problem (how should one get a t9 horse if its nearly impossible to get enough skills on your t8)
