How to Re-skin from white items?

I'm not sure if this is a Item.pak issue, i've been trying to figure it out but no luck on changing some settings. Literally you fkd up any nice remodel if skinned it to a white item, just to trade it if you're not vip.

 

some remos' can be used only once, is not about item.pack or else.

 

Once the skin is remodeled, there is nothing you can do about it.
However, you can always use AionDatabase to avoid and check which are those outfits that are not advisable to waste on simple armor parts because you can only use them once.
