Huge lag after moving to alts - can barely play the game

This problem started a few days back and I saw some people saying that they are suffering with this too. Whenever I change to an alt I have to wait 1m+ to play, since everything takes a long time to load. I can move, but can't interact with NPCs, inventory, map, etc.

As I type this post, for example, one of my alts is waiting 3m+ to interact with an NPC and I'll have to close the client. This is so frustating. It made the enhancing event impossible for me, greatly delaying my chances of improving my itens. Sometimes I can't even press ESC to try to quit and have close the game via task manager.

I'm loosing precious Premium time with this problem, to the point I don't even feel like playing the game anymore. I'm pretty sure it's on the server side, cause it started from nowhere and other players are also confirming it. I already made the DNS changes recommended somewhere here, deleted the content from the cache folder and did the ipconfig/flush commands, but nothing changed.

I hope I get some help here. Otherwise, I will need a refund.

 

I'm having this same issue, pls @Kolka can you check if is happening with other players, my internet is fine, i tried everything.
Reinstalled OS, reinstalled full client, force check, but nothing resolved the problem.
I'm waiting for the new version to solve this problem.

 

It happens againato me today, i cant barely play the game, its also happenedh yesterday, now ive wasted my premium for 2 days and cant participate enchantments event, as lordmaduk said, we are not the only one who experience this, i also need a refund because my premium have been wasted for 2 days

 

I know what you're talking about, this happens infrequently when the server is overloaded. A server restart is required in order to "fix" the lag problem.

It still the same. I already login then after switching to Alt, Lag and DC. I logout and relaunched the launcher. Login then LAG after pick my Character.

 

It has not beenbfixbyet, because some of us still experiencing it, i still cannot loginlnow, stuck at choosing character.

Is anyone still having this huge lag problem when logging in on the character and when changing alt ?
I still have this problem and I really wanted to know if there is anything I can do to fix it or if they are already working on some solution because it is unplayable the way it is now.
The times I can log in normally in char are few but when I need to switch to some alt, I have to wait 5min or 10min to be able to talk to some npc or the game back to the launcher.
@Noyah if you can give me some information about this problem would be very grateful, I have not been able to play right because of this problem.

my friend play with vpn, but its not worked with me, even the server restart, i still cant login.
