Client Issue I keep disconnecting when I try to login

Just finished downloading the game a couple hours ago and i'm trying to login with my old account, but I keep disconnecting when I try to login and when at the server selection.

Where did you download the game from and what is your client version?

 

I downloaded the torrent from the website

edit: version is 5.3.0.18

 

Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable
If microsoft visual v++ didn't work, drag the bat file to your GamezAION folder and run the game by clicking on it.

Sorry for the late reply, the long loading like when I first opened the game was back. I tried both, still keeps disconnecting.

 

Are you getting the same error with the bat file?

 

Yes

 

If you can log in with your account, but can't get in the server selection, then your client is completely messed up. Apparently reinstalling the game is the best way to fix that.
Anyways, have you tried these steps:

• Go to C:\Program Files (x86)GamezAion
• Delete or Rename file labeled system.cfg
• Run GamezAion Launcher
• Log in and see if it works

Tried it. Still doesn't work.

 

By chance, do you have any ping reducer installed?If not, turn off your router for 30 sec/1 min and try again

 

I tried adding item.pak and now I can't even get to the login screen. SS
I'll try to restart my pc and turn my router off.

Yeah, my bad. I already put it in the right place. I'm currently opening the game now.

 

Does anyone have a solution? I'm still getting "No game server is available to the authorization server. (6)" whenever I try to select a server. I already tried downloading L10N again because Noyah said I was missing some files and that it should be 2.6gb but in the torrent its only 2.2gb.
