    Hello !
    I don't play on this server for about 2 years and when i log today i don't see my characters, but in the site i see all of then.
    Can i restore my previous characters and my items ?

    Calm Down... He said that he saw his characters on web site... Btw, are you talking about GameZ AION or GameZ Black Desert?! If Black Desert, perhaps you logged into the wrong server. Select NA or EU by clicking the flag on the left side of the Start button. If Aion... Idk, they wiped it recently to update 7.0, so you shouldn't seen any character there.

    If u see it on site it mean u just logged on wrong server, we have NA and Eu, so on website u can see on which server characters created.
