Improved Damage not working

    I would like to know why after the update of 13/10 no one takes damage and does not receive damage.
    I want to know if this is happening to me or to anyone else

    This patchnote was not related skills on video, its mean some skills have magic/ranged/melee damage and same dp have armor. Its like hidden stats.

    Accuracy/evasion also seem to play a big part now. I noticed alot of misses since that patch in pvp hit rate

    even if everyone has hidden stats, a pvp this way does not make sense. What's the point of neither of us dying?
