    Would be cool to be an option get them in more ways than just rely on guilds to get this item, sucks for solo players.

    What they really should do is remove Vell's Heart from Imperial Auction, since we now have 4 spawns per week. I don't know about his loot being bugged, but at least it's working now.
    Now back to Khan... You really should stay in a guild, but if you think you're really special, you can still do Khan by being a War Hero.
