Website Issue kibelius from web shop does not come with weapons

i bought the kibelus outfit from the cash shop but was saddened to see they did not come with the main or off hand weapons. is there a reason for this?

 

May I ask which one did you purchase? I just tried 4 different sets and got the skins for the weapons.

 

i think he means the main weap and off hand.
the pack does say it includes the awakening.
so if its not included.
how to obtain the main and offhand?

 

this is correct i understood what i bought just curious as to how i can get the main hand skin and the off hand skin as well.

the set that i purchased from the web shop came as described. guess maybe marking this as a site issue isnt correct in this sense. but there is (in the case of mystic) kibelius gauntlet and kibelius vambrace. is there a way to get these items?
