Kolka NPC not giving item on exchange.

    Bug Name:
    Kolka NPC not giving item on exchange.​
    Bug Description:
    Bought 100 artisan's and traded them to the Kolka NPC in Heidel for 1000 Caphras.
    Artisan's were removed but I did not receive any Caphras.
    Checked inventory, storage, and other characters.
    Shut GamezBD down and relogged.
    Checked inventory, storage, and other characters again.
    Checked shop for deduction of 4000 pearls. Verified spent.
    Checked pearl inventory for artisans. Not found.
    Traded disco scroll for memory fragments to test, got memory fragments.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Trade artisan's to Kolka NPC.
    I tried again around 19:18CST and the same thing happened.    ​

    I just checked this morning and they are now in my inventory. Maybe latency or a delay between my client and the server? It has been about 8 hours since I last checked. I will try again tonight and record my results.
