    i highly doubt that those wings exist on retail.
    Also i'm a sorcerer so i don't care about them i got WoC L1 and i'm more then enough pleased with it seriously it's just a waiste of your credits anyway the attack speed is CAPPED !

    With L1 wings you can almost reach the cap already as long they don't remove the attk speed cap all is fine for me. imagine your attk speed would be -1 or something /trololo

    The only thing i don't agree with is that they made them cost 4k credits it's been said before this is all about money but now it realy proves it also it's funny how carl never even visits or read the forums The only thing is dollars coming in damn lol sometimes i wanna be him.
    besides work a monthly extra income of like 1-2k $

    Pretty true lmao. We have retail droprates on items, cooldowns on instances and some other horse shit to make it retail like but on the other hand we have 10% godstones and condition wings to help carl retire at an early age.

    The wings are 24%, it stacks :)
    Also, the scc chain gloves give cast speed AND silence resist. Gloves + Wep + Scroll is 24% cast speed. Don't tell me you want .5 sec heals to go with your silence resist and 2400mr. I think clerics current cast speed is good enough. Alexxu and STD prove it everytime they fight.

    And By the way it seems if Lvl 2 woc is worn by a player with a very nice ping like 30-50 + Woc + the attack speed of weapon and GCS WTF the game is destroy...!!!

    Yes yes this is true .... Its already been stated anyone with a ping about hmm lets say 160+ms is pretty much going to find these wings to be useless ... wtb GW2 -.- release date already

    EU Retail F2P is knocking on the door , so you all can take a wild guess why those wings appeared right at xmas shop ..... And also a side note -LF quiting players so i can have at least some fun in full ABG b4 it all goes poof (after february population wont increase , believe me .......
