Looking for EU guild

Hi all,
after about 1 jear of Pearl Abyss abuse, im finally done with them and started fresh on this server after i read a few reviews.
Now im lvl 61, on my way to 64, and im feeling lonely.
So i thought, why not get a guild. Well, seems like it aint that easy for some reason.
A mod gave me the tip to ask here. So here i am, looking for a wonderfull guild, that realy wants to play on this server as its main, and not just a bunch of
ppl together in one guild that dont comunicate much.
So is there any guild out there - at best german, but at least english ^^ - that comunicates much (ts or chat or whatever) and would take me in?
