Lost my item

I was enhancing accesories for profit. Succesfully enhanced orkin rad belt from duo to tri and wanted to sell it. I tried to use marketplace buttler and tried to get orkin rad into marketplace. there was information that i need to wait 10 sec before moving items. i waited then transported it to marketplace and it disapeard. I have screenshot that i suceesfully enchanced it but i don't have the item. checked everything. (marketplace 10 times , inventory, even every storage and trash items) it jsut disapeard.
Can i somehow get this item back?

 

Did you try relogging? This sounds like something that sometimes happens when you move something to storage. Its there but the visual indicator that it is there is missing but once you relog, it appears again. Its a latency issue more often than not.

 

nah, tried to relog restart game , change channel and nothing happened

 

Items don't disappear for no reason. Could it be that you accidentally deleted the item?

 

nah i am sure that i didn't delete it
