    Nothing changed about that yet. You'll still need to equip stigma stones in order to use stigma skills on Lumiel for now.

    As I said, some safe zones along with the obelisks got removed. I suppose the one where you binded at before is no longer there, so I suggest you to bind somewhere else. For example, in Katalam now people are more often using kisks to bind at in the pvp area.
    There are still plenty of safe zones & obelisks around the map tho, where you can bind once you fly with the teleporter to the outpost. & The main ones in Sanctum, Panda etc stayed the way they were.

    It has been like that for quite a while. Not sure or there's much you can do. If you want a server where more players are online, I suggest you to transfer to Siel. & else wait for things to change.

    I would be glad to see the worldmap you use which shows the Antarctica north of Africa and Europe in the far south of that.
    The server is located in Europe, not on the frozen content fortunaly.
