    Bug Description:
    I'm writing this request ticket on behalf of my friend as he can't speak English.
    A guild member of mine named KARAS (family name is REMONA) just lost his TET : Dim Tree Chest armor piece by a glitch.
    It appears that this glitch took place around 3:50 - 3:55 PM US Eastern time. (EST)
    Apparently, it was a bug which triggered a misclick - causing him to throw away the gear he was wearing by accident.

    I sincierely appreciate your cooperation and understanding in advance.

    I think I read something about this somewhere today. They don't recover deleted items like retail GMs do, unfortunately :(
