    Missing Artisan Memory​
    Bug Description:
    Purchased Artisan Memory​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Well, I bought 2 stacks of a hundred Artisan Memory from the Pearl Shop. Don't want to try again since I don't want to waste more time losing pearls. Any chance I can have the missing Artisans deposited into my inventory, or have the Pearls refunded?​

    same happen with 600artisan memory
    i was going to upgrade my gear before siege but i just lost pearls..

    Problem is that there is no proof, I know that the last thing you expected is to just loose the items AND pearls, so you did not think to screenshot or record what was happening, but then it is up to the staff to solve this because they are the only ones with access to the game records. So, unless you just didn't think to look in your Pearl-tab in your inventory to find them, this is best written as a Private Message to one of the staff members instead of posted in here :)

    You can start PM's by mouse-over your forum name at the top of the screen, and choosing the conversation option.
