Missing entire Set on my character.

I am a Premium Player, not VIP and I am missing my EGT set.

The picture I have is old from months ago, different character name, same character when the character was first made.


I still have that same exact plastic surgery ticket.


Here is her current picture.



One proof is that she even have the same exact plastic surgery Ticket from that time I took the pic of the other character.

What should I do?

 

You mean you had EGT and now got replaced with Anuhart?? Because the 2 screenshot shows different items.

I had EGT set but it is missing completely, my anuhart peices and 2 stormwing peices + sword and dagger are all items I have now as a set.

Ok, when I started this character like 6 or 7 months ago, I had EGT set + 2 daggers. I haven't played this account in a couple months but when I logged in on for the first time, my entire set was missing. I asked an AM ingame and they told me to post before and after pics on the forums. So I did. I already had the anuhart peices and stormwing shoulderpad and pants before I lost my SET, accessories and weapons, I am missing my EGT set.

 

You don't have enough proof. For all the gms know you could have deleted your set or put it on another character.

 

Why would I delete the set? ehhh I bet some stupid person may do it anyways. All my other characters are wiped out except 1 or two since I don't use them, I put all items they had to my assassin. Should I take a pic of each character and post it?

 

Idc tbh. I'd give you the set anyway since it's only eat.

 

well, I am going to get a AM to use //playerinfo on all my cahracters and take a pic of all of them.

you should mail your forum thread to bryne or 1 of the HGM since their the only ones to re put your items. however if you shared your ACC details with another your SOL since the other people prob took them.

 

I never share my information with anyone. Plus, I did send this thread to him and aster about 5 days ago.
