My Queen Cipher-blade gone!

I was retuning pve last weap when I teleported to 2v2 event 15mins ago! I change to pvp set then after event went back to pve to retuned it again and it says can't do it cause one of those items are not on the set! I check all inventory including other chars and vault my weapon is gone!!! Too much bug on this game!!! My friend gave that weapon to me a while ago!!! C'mon devs fix this!

 

Hello, try to relog and auto arrange your inventory check it again.

 

i already did. Tried checking all chars and vault nothing there. Server already reset GM.

 

Have you tried checking in via Website? "My Characters"?

 

Already did still not there. I notice it turned kindna black when I was returning in inside pvp event & I can't even wear it not unless I click those save pvp/pve set. After the event got back from lakrum and tried to change the set again to pve to retuned it more & the system says you can't do it cause the save set is not there and it was the weapon the was gone.
