    The quest for this set(pieces) will start once you complete the campaigns Taking Arms(Elyos) or A Bloody Battle with Beritra(Asmo), in Cygnea/Enshar. You can get the quest for the first piece on the NPC Rike(Elyos) and Skuldun(Asmo)

    as far as I know the quest are not bugged,, I myself had already finished some quest. But its hard since you have a long way to go to finish the quest..

    If you temper the armor and weapon to +10 (weapon quest is currently not possible) you can purify them and get a superior weapon of choice, which has a better glow if i'm not mistaken. (same look as the quest from drakenspire)
