    bro, is there anyway to attain the 1.2 attack speed on sw without using candies? i have ac title + harp fused w/ attk speed harp and woc 2.

    nope. woc2,attack speed harp,title and w/o candy=1.3
    woc2,attack speed harp,title, /w candy =1.2
    and if you want no candies, use attack speed skill :D or use dp attack speed,casting and speed instead
