    Hey
I got a big problem. First I am from EU and play on NA servers but never had a problem. But yesterday I updated everything and started the Game. No problem.. until I came to Heidel.... I allways get DC in heidel ... when I talk to NPC or if I stay there .... I never had that problem.. My PC is the same ... I still have the same internetprovider and even after I moved in another House I still got the same Speed. About 10Mb/s Download. So why cant I play the game ... and I rly dont wana switch on EU because all my chars are on NA .. with my pegasus and all that ...

Have you recently updated your OS? Is your OS version up to date? Is it ONLY Heidel that it crashes in? Have you tried on different channels? Heidel and Velia are usually highly congested areas. Try:
    • Clearing Game Cache
    • Force Check game files (after backing up Customization folder, Screenshot folder, and Music folder)
    • Lowering Settings in the game
    • Restart modem/router (unplug for 30 seconds then plug it back in)
If its not only in Heidel you're crashing, try:
    • System file check
      • Open a command prompt as admin and type in
      • Code:
        sfc /scannow
        Press enter.
    • Flush DNS
      • Right-click the Start button and run command prompt as admin.
      • Type the following commands:
        • "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
        • "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.
        • "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.
        • "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.
        • "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.
