New Player; Seeking friendly, mature active legion.

Hello!
My character name is Blaklotus (Templar) & Yochinoyumi (Ranger). I played retail back when it first come out for about 5 months and then quit due to real life. I have some of the mechanics down but there has been many updates that I'm still on a learning curve. I've been playing for about 8 days now. And learning some of instances that i would need to run to get the AP needed to upgrade my gear. It appears this is not a heavily spoken English server. I've been invited then kicked out of several groups before entering ROC and another acronym i didn't catch for no reason. I thought it was because maybe i wasn't VIP or because i said Hi and there might have been a language barrier. I'm not looking for handouts; i'm trying to learn and be self sufficient.I have a few questions if someone could take the time to point me in the right direction. Thank you!

- Name the instances and/or the acronyms used that give good AP so when i see <recruit group> i can jump on it.
- Which are the top Elyos legions that are active, seek players within for instances before shouting. (I've looked on the abyss rank)
- Whats going on with the portals in the center; Is that the only way you can enter the instances? How often do they appear and when? Are they random?
- Is there any legion that the community might say stay away from? just today i had met some real douche bags. One was a ranger from NA KA MA. who said to follow him into he 1v1 portal so could give item blood mark that i was trying to buy. i never been in there so i thought sure why not. that is okay i remember those people.


below is the ranger fifty after he had is way. did he gain glory points? i know i lost abyss points. And some random Shannz. who i had to google what he said. This has been quite the experience so far with what little interaction ive had with the community. However, I must say thank you to Raava for shouting and has always invited to siege events.

It's IS buddy, meaning Infinity Shard wherein you can kill a Boss called Hyperion. You can gain Abyss Points and blood marks and it's not <recruit group> it should be <recruit alliance>

Well for me NA KA MA, Kagaw Elite , Sweet Demon, ZergeD and of course Berserkings.

You are correct, they are random Indeed.

This portals are not the only way to go instances, some portals are scattered along the new maps and old maps.

there is none buddy, all are great legion with different points of view and game play. Most Legion rules says like this " RESPECT OTHER LEGION" and they must abide by that rules. some obey and some don't.

no he did not but Abyss Points, yes. Next time, ignore people asking you such things. Or much better you can always ask here at Gamez Network Community ^_^

and one more thing, please refrain from replying to players who are asking you to claim your rewards from unofficial GamezAION site or fake websites I would say.

Welcome to Gamez. Since you're an Elyos, I would recommend a legion or two, try to PM @Shelo to ask to join for a legion or @Cycles on Berserkings or look for Fishbone or SweetDemon. I believe this legions are better compared to others based on my experience. They sure would love to have you on board. Good luck!
