    I've just joined your servers and was looking to try out the premium benefits right off the bat. I went ahead and donated through free-kassa, paying with ETH cryptocurrency. I've now done this twice, got charged twice, and have two receipts. But I have not received any form of currency or token from free-kassa.
    What can be done here?

    Update on that, the second payment was rewarded with the correct conversion now. The first still wasn't.

    They seem to have problems processing transactions when making more than one purchase. Send @Carl a private message with your account and transaction number.

    Yeah it just happened to me just now. The 5 dollars went through no problem, but not my 25 dollars a moment before.
