    Bug Description:
    Quest Name: Pila Fe Scroll
    Step that is bugged: Receiving damage in Pila Fe scroll quest from nearby players from certain skills during the Pila Fe Scroll quest.
    What is bugged with that step: Receiving damage without turning on PVP mode or being in a Guild War with each other.
    How to reproduce the issue: 2 players doing Pila Fe, using awakened skills near each other in Arsha Channel.    ​
