Info Plastic Surgery Ticket Exchanges

Hello everybody!

As some of you might have seen, the old Plastic Surgery Ticket was removed from the webshop, and in its place we added a [Special] version with a different ID, which was tested out months ago and solved the problem of those who could not perform surgery without it telling them "You need a plastic surgery ticket to do that". You will find the ticket on page 2 of Misc in our webshop for the same price as the old one.

Some of you might already own Plastic Surgery Tickets which might not work on your characters, so to fix that problem we are doing exchanges. What happens here? You give us your old Plastic Surgery Ticket, and we give you the newly added [Special] Plastic Surgery Ticket to help you do your surgery without trouble.

If you wish to do the exchange, you can PM an SAM here or find us ingame. The process will only take a few seconds, and we will directly remove the ticket from your inventory and send you the new ID with Black Cloud mail as always.

NOTE! Apparently, the ticket fixes the bug where you try to change your appearance and it sends you a message saying "You need a Plastic Surgery Ticket to do that". When you use this Special ticket you do no longer receive that message, and you are able to proceed. HOWEVER; The ticket does NOT fix the second plastic surgery bug, where the character's appearance resets after a relog or a restart. Be aware of that, and take this as your warning. If you wanna do the exchange and try it out yourself go ahead since you have nothing to lose, but don't say I didn't warn you

There is no limit as to how many tickets you can exchange. If you have them, we will exchange them.

Isn't this something that can be done automatically by Lautaro during a server restart, with little to no effort at all? I mean items have been globally changed before so I don't see why not when the ticket is practically unusable anymore.
