    Bug Name:
    Prem and Value Pack now showing up On my Alts​
    Bug Description:
    I have Prem and I have like over 100 days left on value pack but they are not showing up at all on my Alts I am wondering why​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    I have no idea how to recreate I don't have access to server or prem account rights or database side of things​

    I noticed that on alts sometimes it doesn't display all the stuff on the top but I still have the value pack benefits. Just relogging fixed it. Also you cannot see the top row of icons on a new character until you finish the first BSP questline.
