    Premium failstacking doesnt work.​
    Bug Description:
    I know rng is rng, but this is a bit too much of a difference to just be rng. Before i had premium i built 15-20 stacks with a ~80% success rate, but ever since i got premium ive enchanted 30 14 to +15s without a 10 stack. Please fix. How to reproduce/proof:

    That's not how it's supposed to be. With premium, it is supposedly easy to enhance anything. Also, we just had the compensation week. That's probably why you're succeeding more often than the usual.
