    mb cap is 5.5k vs players that have under 4k mag sup...otherwise you will need 7k+for those who have 4k+MAG SUP...prime access are bad...keep in mind that bl access have +3 skills and the skill dmg is the real system that makes ur dmg higer...not MB...upgradeing ur skill the dmg will be higher...
