[Quest] suddenly?​

Bug Description:

The Bug I am reporting is that trying to turn in the quest to (once again a translation problem) Atui Balacs OR Arthur Balaks (should be the same NPC with the same name), when I have completed this quest I am met with nothing once again, just like the previous quest; No Navigation OR Move-To function, also the quest doesn't complete

There are other translations errors as well...but they minor bugs compared to not being able to complete the quest.​

ONCE AGAIN, the link is very helpful, BUT even with a search for the quest (without the Titles Only ticked), there was NO result for it. ALSO the way it has been reported is wrong, AND it doesn't contain everything that is wrong with the quest.

So while I am thankful for finding an answer to my question, and AGAIN a partial solve to it, it is STILL not fixed yet, MORE than 6 months later.
