    Your claims alone doesn't show that THERE ARE rules that PVE OR DOING QUESTS are prohibited in this game.. If you think that PVP is mandatory just to improve ones character.. then that's just you.. which means.. "stupid" Thank you..

    THEN THEY MUST BALANCE/FIX AP GAIN FROM QUEST/KILLs

    HAVING A GOVERNOR THE FIRST DAY RUINs the AP FARMING FUN,, NO MORE CHANCES of FAME FOR OTHER PLAYERs.. MEANING NO POINT IN KILLING ASMOS/ELYOES

    Why dont you ask that governor how did he acquire that much AP and do the same thing.. either way if everyon's competent enough.. uL just tire yourself with greater responsibility.. in the end.. you will lose more AP when u lose on a PvP..
    here's a fact.. Higher rankings and lower rankings have their own advantage..
    Lower ranking players only lose a little AP when they get killed BUT gain tons of AP when they kill someone..
    Higher ranking players lose a HUGE amount of AP when they get killed and only get small amount of AP when they kill someone that has a lower rank.. and that alone makes it balance on that part..
