send log probleme again

hello like the past month i have again a send log problem with the same account and at the same moment : just when i arrive on the characters page , the screen friz and i have a send log who log me out
i can't log any character, i have the send log just before i can choise a character
i don't know who Noyah can fix this last month but i can play with this account for a few moment, then i leave the game and play with my others account whithout probleme and i suppose the problem solve till today when i try to relog with this account

Try now with another character because bardetropezienne is hardstuck.

well for the moment i can login with an othe character because it is not bardetropezienne who appear on the character page
i wan't to know if i need to use the command :.fix to unstuck barde tropezienne now or i wait to see if i can log in tomorrow without problem and use the command only tomorrow ?

 

Connection related issues, which is why I guess you weren't able to log in with the other account for quite some time. Another possibility is server lag, it often happens and there is no way to prevent this. Server restart is the only solution.

Only Bardetropezienne is hardstuck. There shouldn't be any problem with the other characters on the account.
