Hmm, thats new. Try turning off the UAC and restart your computer. Then Go to your aion's folder > bin32 > Delete the dbghelp.dll file > Run the launcher and update your game.

 

i dont think this has anything to do with it, but i just flushed my dns today, if that does anything, which i dont think cuz cache shouldnt

Been unable to connect now for over 12 hrs. Tried all suggestions above and nothing works.
Able to enter account name and password but will get "already logged in" message. I re enter the account name and password then get the
"disconnected from server" message. Program will then CLOSE......Is this server side or is there something I need to update?

problems to login on siel ch

hello every1
i have an char on siel chanel and a few days ago the sv was down for a while
in that "while" i connected on lumiel ch to waste the time
now i open gamez. type the acc and pass but i cannot login on siel ch
i press select ch and i gain an message with 2 tags : reconect and ok
if i press reconect, type acc and pass im from the beginning and if i press ok i go out of game


plz help me, i miss my char(((

 

Try To Log without Ping reducer... if same Problem stay try and try maybe u can log u char.all have that problem just some bug they will fix it soon

1 little problem
im not using any ping program
just login and play with 200 ping less or more
few days ago i had HUGE lag and got dc
i loged in and the siel sv was down
login on lumiel, play few mints and logged out
now i cannot choose siel
it goes directly to lumiel
the game doesnt allow me to choose the sv
and on a new acc created i can choose siel or lumiel.......

ill check out the replyes at this thread tommorow and i do hope ill find an way to escape from this hell

 

If the problem is on an account only you should report it to an HGM or ADMIN for this check your account.
