[Siege] Infinite CTG(TP) bug

    Bug Name:
    [Siege] Infinite CTG(TP) bug​
    Bug Description:
    You can only use it 1 time to Teleport to the CTG point but somehow you can use it infinite times which is a critical bug for Siege/NW​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    I don't know correctly how to use it cause i didn't do it

    But try out a CTG (Guild SKill for Guild Masters) in Siege and let your members use it?

    Will ask the guy who used the bug, to tell me how it works.    ​
