Solved Skill Dysfuntion

Hello!

In the video below, I noticed that some of my skills can't be used or clicked for some unknown reason, the dysfunction happens between certain intervals. I have to wait for 2-4 seconds for me to be able to use my skills again. I have equipped my weapon all throughout the video.

PS. Ignore the PVPing (because I was demolished all throughout)

that's what happens to me whenever I'm lagging o;

 

I'm at my average Ping during that fight, even out of combat it still happens.

 

Is an option in your client that you can activate or deactivate, this is currently off but it is nothing that you can fix

 

try to reset your modem/router, if that doesn't work go on another char and type .fix Lillia and see what happens

 

What option do you mean?

I already tried that.

 

do any of your other chars have this problem? it seems like it works then doesn't

Here is a video showing the same case. Now I'm out of combat, I already tried the above mentioned tips. However, the same case is still the same.

Disclaimer: Ping is stable (For Philippines- based players)

 

That ping is pretty high, maybe you've been lucky until now! Have you tried a ping/latency reducer to see if that makes a difference?

 

I know! But I'm used to it, and I've been playing and pvping with it. It's the first time I've encountered something like this. However, the option of using Ping reducer wouldn't make a difference, since it really doesn't work for my PC.

 

Yea I know they often don't make a difference, I just thought you could try a couple of different ones to see if anything helps :S

 

I just hope I can get this solved. It's not fun pvping with this. Lol

Try, right click on gamez.exe/prop/compatib/mark disable DPi thing.

My original problem in this thread was because I can't use majority of my skills, but I noticed that the skills that remain active are skills that are AOE (e.g Requiem, Chorus of Blessing, Symphony of Destruction and etc.) or Self Buffs (e.g Mvt. 1: Spring, Mvt. 2: Summer, Mvt. 3: Autumn, and Mvt. 4: Winter).

When I target myself, all my skills become active. However, if I target another player which is far away, only my AOE and Self Buffs become active.

Does anyone know how to disable this? I'd appreciate if someone could post it down here. This would also help others who have the same problem.

@Carl i noticed it too...but my 1st time i noticed it was just on sin...sometimes i cant use all my skills properly what could it be due to?

 

i also experienced this problem also... but it was long long time ago and i already forgot how did i fix it since i was just playing in a shop.

There is simple solution for this issue.

All you have to do is:

Go to Options -> Game Options -> Controls and Camera -> Un-tick "Disable auto-approach target".




Voila!

As the problem has been solved I'm closing this thread.
