    i created a new toon and guess what, skill works o_O until i went inside wisplight abbey, now i can't summon even if relogged.

    Try .givemissingskills command on bugged char. It's possible that you are trying to summon a low lvl spirit

    ok, so i found out what was wrong, i dragged the skills from the skill window into the quickslots then voila! it works!(pheew)
