stuck at "now processing"

stuck at "now processing", can't reach character selection. Did all the tips I've seen in forum, sadly, nothing works.

 

I have the same problem. It started last night.
Have tried the steps provided and still cannot connect
I did try to use VPN and that helped me to connect, I'd like to know if there is something else that can be tried though.

Unfortunately, I'm still using VPN to log in. I don't really like using VPN as it slows down my connection by a significant amount.

 

So...even when you flush your dns, and restart your modem as well as PC, and deleting the username\documents\gamezbd folder (after backup of screenshots and the like), nothing changes at all?

 

the steps I have done so far are
- restart PC
- restart router
- flush DNS / release / renew
- update GPU drivers
- force checked files
- reinstalled visual c++
- changed DNS
- deleted documents folder
- used VPN
without VPN it wont load past the "Now Processing" screen. I'm not sure if reinstalling would fix the issue as the game runs fine with VPN.

 

That is REALLY weird and VERY specific since there is only two players reporting this issue so far, I am however incapable of helping you out beyond this point, as it would take someone with privileges to check your specific connection, but other than tracking the connection from your end with one of the freeware/opensource programs available, then it is MOST likely a problem with your ISP (Internet Service Provider), but you should be able to contact them directly and ask them what the problem is.
