Stuck for 6 months

Hi there,

Its been to long i almost wait for 6 months and i cant play my main character but other toons dont have problem with them..here my problem with my main toon..when im going to select my character it will totally exit the game plus error report...i already unstuck request and i already use .fix command..nothing happen always got error..please fix my main character...i have all my stuff there and some collection..tnx hope you can fix my character..

Your character is hard stuck, You should wait that it gets an unstuck manually by a SAM-HGM or ADMIN unfortunately we haven't SAM or HGM, therefore it can take a while.

Neither SAM nor HAM can fix it, mine was stuck for 8 months and got fixed on its own this update

 

Heya, definitely a hard-stuck character as mentioned above. Unfortunately I don't think there's an awful lot we can do except wait for an investigation to happen. Seniors already know about it. Patience please.

 

Sometimes this works perfectly and occasionally not, should also wait for a server reboot, Lets see.

 

1 of my toon got hard stuck too...im hopeless and im gonna plan to delete.

 

As if there were no server reboots in 6 months......
