[Suggestion] Increase Reshanta Core Elder Items drop rate.

Proposing an increase in drop rate for these said items.
I can honestly see no down-side to having these drop a lot in the core like they used to.

• It helps newer players get some standard gear that will allow them to better do instances to get even better gear. It's hard to get better gear if you don't even have gear to begin with. I've made a lot of new characters, and with the prices on the broker, I wouldn't be able to buy anything if I didn't already have existng kinah.
  

• Promotes Abyss PvP! Everyone always complains how there is zergs everywhere, so spread them out a bit, sure it wont help that much, but at least it promotes pvp in a different location.
  

• Did I mention it helps new players? Older players really have no need for Elder Equipment, aside from some easy enchantment stones. Now that instances have cooldown, it's harder to farm for gear, especially for new players.
  

• Promotes some server growth.
  

• I really cannot see anything exploitable from this. Sure "The market will be flooded with Elder Gear." Okay? It's not like it's the best gear around, infact it's far from the best. The more it's flooded, the easier it will be for newer players.

Evilset had Sileria help him with this a few months ago and then we havent heard anything since that time. Hopefully they get them dropping again.

 

Not to be rude, but I don't see how it would take a few months, seeing as all it is in essence is just a few quick edits in the drop table/drop rates and database.

I'd be able to do it if I had access to those things, but I don't.

I like the idea of Anuhart weapons/gear. Maybe not Taha gear, since some of it is actually pretty valuable. But since it's in the donation shop, it's really unlikely to happen unfortunately. :\

 

I played in a low rate server and it dropped more elder than here ! wtf?

 

Maybe reread my post? I said a few months ago evilset had Sileria help him work on the drops for elder stuff. None of us have heard anything about them since that time. I didnt say they were being worked on for the past few months.

 

No, I understand that. The part I was getting at was months with no word/results =P

 

i like the idea of togi, as you can see, most of the players have, ABG, APP, eat, SW gears.. Anuhart/taha is a good gear to start with new players.

 

I'm not even asking for like 4 drops per mob, not even 1 drop a mob. Like 1 maybe every other or every 3rd mob would be fine.
It's definitely better than 1 every 60 mobs.

 

I support this, my brother tried to play the game (and this server)... and didnt go too far cause its too hard to reach anywhere if you are not voting or donating... i helped him all i could, but he got tired of it. There must be ways to make the server more friendly and approachable to newbies and the likes. Right now recomending this place to some enthusiast new player is like inviting them to have a bad time.

I used to play in a mid rate server with retail like features and every 3 or 4 mobs i could loot 1 or 2 elder items. Gamezaion is HIGH RATE and there is barely any elder dropping at core. Weird its the same thing with hard balaur materials,you can farm for 2 hours for 10pcs hard balaur material.

 

they should just put it back the way it was

 

I remember a while ago that elder & gracefull was dropping hell of alot everywhere (Iggni / core / theobomos) etc...
Also the attack +5 manastones were dropping like sh1tloads i quite don't understand why they don't drop anymore.
probally another fked up update or something ? or ppl getting to many enchant stones ? idk.

 

When the server began, there was like 4-5 Elders in 1 mob, extracted those like no other ! then they nerfed it. It will mak e people pvp whilst farming them, It did before. It was great !

 

I agree. Core pvp was extremely fun.

 

yeah no shit XD i remember elyos or asmos trying to keep core for their race so people farm it. XD lol funny how u saw squads of people fighting the incoming race while other just farm XD elder that was fun back in 1.5

 

a big 10 for the idea sir it would help a lot of newbies and decrease the numbers of beggars.
