Bug Description:

Class: Wizard
Skill Name:: Teleport
Skill Level: 3
What the skill is doing: When you are sprinting and run out of energy you cant use teleport untill you release shift and press it again or release W or regain over 60% stamina.
What is expected of the Skill: The Skill doesn't use Stamina so it you should be able to use it regardless of the stamina you have.​

in the vid you see there is no stamina consumption on the skill.
i can use the skill when holding shift + w + space when i have stamina
i can use the skill when i release W after i used up all stamina and im still low stamina.
i can not use the skill when i keep holding W and shift after using up all stamina.​

 

Same as on retail it's 99% even client side, just stop holding W or use hotbar and works fine.

 

Your solution was allready explained in my post and the video, doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be fixed.
