    @Iknowright as you can see the big bold red letters there saying "TEST RUNS" means not officially but only test/testing the event location and atmosphere...

    I've read and understand the rules except for this one. @Luff Can you clarify me with this LAC/LGC exception? Since this kind of weapons can be normally enchanted to +15, am I able to participate with this weapon enchanted to +15 or not at all?:D

    no you cant use enchanted LAC weapons... he just accept it just because arbi and lac's stats are almost same and also they will help you melee class to hit your target with additional extend range too :D..

    Like he said, it's so that the mentioned classes won't be restrained by not having extendable access. You can use them, but you may not enchant them at all, not even to +1.

    Yes, the rules only show restrictions, everything that is not on that list of restrictions is allowed.

    Yes you can... All are allowed Ms, idian, godstone, wings, plumes, title..
    Except for the gears. Only the gears has restrictions.. Arbiter/proctor/principal/suzerian set weapon/lac are just allowed. No other than higher than those mentioned set are allowed.
