    Can somebody post the screen shot of step by step solution about the "This program is unavailable in your country." i can't get it.. im really confused.. thanks in advanced

    i have 2 folders of aion.. 1 from ncsoft and the other one is from gamerz aion.. sho which one? i need answer asap

    Another common mistake that some people do when they have this issue, is they will install the Gamez Launcher in the wrong Aion folder.

    So when troubleshooting this issue, here is the steps I take;

    Check size of aion folder used for GamezAion. (Must be at least 27 GB)

    Check to see if Gamez Launcher is installed in this folder, not the retail Aion folder.

    Figure out which country I live in. If you live in France, Germany or Russia, you need to make a new folder as said above and copy all the contents of ENU folder and place it in your country folder. So if you live in France, make a FRA Folder in L10n and place all the contents of ENU into it.

    Closing as resolved.

    User had all the correct files but had them mixed up alittle bit. I moved the downgrade files to its correct locations and also the Gamez launcher inside the correct spot. Then ran as administrator.

    User successfully logged server and created character and logged into game no problem.
